Beaded Edges & Fringe on Felt

So now you have learned how to make beautiful felt. Come learn how to embellish the edges with beads. Students will see how to make fringes and beaded edging on two artfully felted pieces that can become pockets, plackets or patches on later projects. This is a great workshop to wrap up your festival weekend. All materials will be provided.
Sue Anne Iman has been teaching beading on fabric for 6+ years at schools and quilt groups. She is one of four owners of In Good Company, a 14-year-old Hamilton, MT dye workshop for cottons, silk ribbon, wool felt and T-shirts. They sell their colorful products, plus conduct monthly meetings and an annual quilted art show for T.A.R.T.S., a local Textile Artist group.
